Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 48 hours of scheduled shoot in advance by email at: info@carvencreativemedia.com or the "contact me" section on www.carvencreativemedia.com You can easily cancel or reschedule at any time up to 12:00PM TWO DAYS BEFORE your session. After this time, cancelling or rescheduling your session will incur a minimum fee of $50 to cover your photographer’s time and forfeiture of other paid gigs. If you do not show up or reschedule or cancel the day of your scheduled session, your appointment fee will be automatically charged and applied as a non-refundable no-show fee. Thank you.
